this is jojo from finland and im really glad i found this forum ... i read the game couple of years ago and watched both season of the mysterys show but sort of forgot all this until found them again now ...
recently my social anxiety has increased a lot (seems like this has happened many times during my life, like waves) and feels like it gets worse year by year... this is not good thing because im dj and performing electronic music producer and event promotor... i know its a lot of dhv spikes and social proof especially in clubs where im playing and so on, but i still have this huge anxiety when it comes to being with people (ofcourse the better looking the girl is the bigger is anxiety), i usually manage this with alcohol but now i really want to get rid of those and find the strength inside me. now i really want to get rid of all the chains holding me back and become the best me, better my focusing abilities, cut the overanalytical shit and so on ... so here is me
