Hey everyone my name is Cathy im 20 years old and live in Miami, Fl.
I have mad anxiety which causes me to pretty much stay locked up in my house all day,The only times I go out is if one of my friends call me to do something but thats pretty rare. I dont want to live my life like a hermit anymore so iv decided to take the initiative.
Recently I came across the Rules of The Game by Neil Strauss. I read the first challenge which states to make small talk with five strangers and im already getting nervous.
