i'm 32 and fairly new to the seducing game.
I kept feeling unattractive (with no girlfriend) till i was 25, then i had a 6 year long relationship and thought: no, that's not it, there must be more.
During the time of my relationship i realized that i was actually attractive to women so i built my self esteem. After moving to SD 6 months ago, i stumbled over some PUA articles and started reading and trying them out. With some success so far.
I have to tell you that i have self improved a lot. From i don't dare to talk to people to i can talk to anyone and even dance in a room as the only one without feeling awrkward or embarrassed. I'm pretty ok with picking up girls since i broke up with my ex, too. But when it comes to certain points or very hot women, i fail.
Analyzing events and moves is a good thing, but having objective feedback from others is what i am really looking forward to.
I hope i can be of help too someday but at the moment i am the one seeking it
