Thanks for the advice, I've been having a look at a few reviews and "Natural art of seduction" is on the way now.

NLP seems like a very big area, do you have any suggestions on where to start? Or what's likely to be most important?

I think that getting comfortable with physical contact as I'm talking should help a lot, I hadn't really noticed it before but I think I've always been trying to avoid seeming sleazy - which I translated to "don't touch women without permission first".

I've also been steering conversations away from sex, again to avoid seeming sleazy. So now, whenever I do mention anything sexual to someone I've known for a while it's a bit of a surprise. I guess everyone thinks of me more of a monk than a normal guy

Hi folks, I'm 29 from the UK, this PUA stuff is all new to me. I don't really have an issues talking to girls, but I always land in the friend zone so I'd like to do something about that. So far, I've managed to never have a GF which is pretty embarrassing given that I'm 29 now. I've never attempted 'cold pickup' - but I do have a big social circle. The only problem is that pretty much everyone I know thinks of me a sexual mute because I always end up 'just friends' with everyone. Hopefully, this can be the start of me sorting that part of my life out.

So as long as you are doing something about it, you cannot go wrong A lack of sexual escalation tends to be the biggest reason for falling in friends zone, i.e touching, flirting etc etc

I'd also recommend Gamblers way of going about building sexual attraction. it's much less verbal, but it really works and it can be done very subtle

Welcome mate. Honesty is best, and have no worry or fear about your age and what you have/haven't achieved, it's all about to happen! My advice would be read up on some NLP as well as Gambler's book " Natural art of seduction"

I'd say any book about NLP, different people will perceive it in different ways, even though it is generally the same thing. It will boost your morale, that is a fact. In terms of talking sex, introduce sexual communication maybe on the low and discreetly, or with other conversation.
