Hello to everyone, some friends call me L, so im AFC_L.
I'm new to the community, but i'm not. I read The game about 2 years ago, or more, can't remember.. i read Magic bullets, the mystery method, some de angelo stuff, but i've never actually applied any of this information, or at least i dont think i have.
I'm 20, a virgin, and unhappy with my current relationship with the opposite sex.
I'm from a wealthy background, dress well, am average looking but have no success whatsoever with women.
I look confident, in fact most friends of mine consider me a pretty confident person, but truth is I'm really quite the opposite. All i really do is mix and match most of the things my most successful friends or people i know do, and come off as very confident, it works.
I think that in the past i have invented abnormally high standards as a way to mask my fear of women, and therefore have never been intimate with a girl before. I don't understand it though! i can see that girls around me are attracted to me, but can't do anything about it!
quick example: I live with a couple of friends, one of them (a girl) brings a friend (HB8) along. We just sit there, chat all together, she sits next to me, has her leg against mine for quite a while, often looks at me, etc. I basically just got the vibe that she was interested. Later she adds me on facebook, i accept. couple of days after she starts chattin with me, i couldnt say anything! literally, i would give 1 word answers and she would change conversation. i said everyone was going out clubbing but i was knacked and stayin home, she said she was at home not doing anything either, and i didnt answer, she eventually just went offine.
Now, this is no specific example, I dont consider myself at all needy, quite the opposite, but this is what most of my interactions are like with girls.
I was out clubbing with friends two years ago, and i got the vibe from the hottest girl i have ever met (she went to school with me), she was touchin me, giving some serious intense eye contact, again the same kinda vibe, and once again i did nothing.
now, i can imagine most answers being something along the lines of "man the fuck up", which is actually fair enough, but some help of any sort would be massively appreciated, as i think i really need some change.
and, I think this is the best place to start, with other real people as opposed to learning from a book!
