Hello everybody. I found this site when I was looking up the benefits of giving up alcohol if you're not confident around women. I'm 26 and have pretty much been a loser with women from the beginning. I've decided to make a change this year, and do something about it. This looks like a decent place. I'll be reading a lot, and asking a few questions every so often. |

I've pretty much had the same problem since I started going out socially as an adult. I felt I needed the alcohol to enjoy myself and have confidence, but as the years have past I've just realised I've been stuck in a rut. What makes alcohol worse in my situation is the fact I seem to look drunk or tipsy after hardly any alcohol. People can see it in my eyes. So when approaching a girl looking like that, it's not surprising that I have little success. Are there any non drinkers here? If so, what do you actually drink when you go out? I guess the only downside is that it might come across as a bit dull if a woman sees you not drinking? I need a lot more confidence, but I need to improve it without drink. I can't use it as a crutch any longer. |

here is a strategy to help. get in the gym and begin to work out more often. Or sign up for a yoga class (lots of hot chicks). Either way, begin to challenge yourself and the reward of not only endorphins but confidence. Start there. |
