Hello all. Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I never even knew that such a community exists and I am fascinated. I mean I knew that pick up artists existed and all that, but dayum! Anyway I'm just a normal kid (I use the term loosely, I'm nearly 21) living in a normal midwestern town. I am attending a university and music is my hobby. I compose and produce hip hop, rock, indie, and other forms of electronic music. I'm not "into" the game, nor do I study the art of pick up (besides what I read on these forums). I think I can gain a lot of useful advice as far as women are concerned. I might be what you guys call an "AFC." An Average Fucking Chump or something like that. I'm not into the lingo or the acronyms or dissecting the science behind it or any of that. My goal is to build my confidence so I can approach women with ease. Simple. And hopefully, after I learn through experience for myself, I can give back to the community in some way. Heres my story: 20. Good looking. Living with the folks. I had a girlfriend once in high school, that was some 5 years ago. I've had a few girls come and go throughout high school but I stopped dating after my first one. Have only had sex with one girl, not the girlfriend from 5 years ago, when I was 18. After that fell through, I haven't attracted a girl since. Or maybe I have, but I didn't know it. I know I'm charismatic and fun person to be around because I have lots of quality friends. They are just mostly dude friends. I mean girls know who I am, they just have no desire to be around me on a regular basis. At first I thought it was the girls that I was pursuing, but I then realized that I am the one at fault. I am doing something wrong and I want to adjust my behavior. I can make regular guy friends like no problem because there is nothing at stake. But I tend to overthink social situations around girls, and they can sense it. I know I have the potential to be ultra successful with women, I just need a little direction and practice. My goal is not to sleep with as many women as I can like its a damn popularity contest. I simply enjoy the company of women and need to learn how to build relationships with them, and I don't really mean long term dating. Obviously I want to have more sex, but I feel like this is a quest to find myself and it's much deeper than physical stimuli. Any advice for a fuckin chump? NNTD |
