Post subject:  New to the game and in trouble.
So, I read David DeAngelo's stuff, and I also read/watched some other things as well. I don't use all of their material because some of their things seem over the top for me (I'm 17 and go to college where I see mostly 20s). I was wondering if, when you're new to the game, it is normal to get rejected a lot by women. Did you guys have a successful start or did you have to work your way up?

Oh, btw I'm new here. I'm hoping to learn some better skills with a forum that won't (shouldn't) make fun of me for asking these types of questions. :) :

Welcome to the board sir, you chose a great site. Everyone here has great insight and all the PUAs are very helpful. You won't be disappointed.

David DeAngelo has great material. I go back and look over his literature often.

I have always been what some consider a natural with women, but this community made me down right dangerous. :twisted: However, just like any other PUA on this board, I have my off days and I've fallen flat on my face. But, that's o.k., missing your target (when it comes to gaming) helps keep you SHARP.

Yeah man. It is normal for you to get rejected. BUT that is not how you should look at it though. You should focus more on learning from the experiences than thinking that you have failed. You only fail when die a virgin (lol i think). As long as you consider your negative experiences as feedback on how you can get better, you will get better.
Have fun with talking to females.
Be flirty and be interesting.
Experiment on how to make the your moves and how to read a female's reaction to your advances.
Then you will feel good about your progress. It takes time to get good, may even take you a year or two. But it is SO worth it. I truly would not trade what I know for millions of dollars...

PS. Do not think that any question you ask is stupid or ill fitted for this site. We are all here to help eachother be better. So post away and have fun with this stuff. FOR REAL YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LUCKY YOU ARE TO LEARN THIS STUFF AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE....

I never thought of it like that. Looking at it as progress. I like it. THanks a bunch, mate!
This seems like a better place to ask questions than my previous place. :P
