Listen, I can't give you any book you ask, but I can say a thing or two I've been practicing to gain confidence.
I listen a guy or bunch of them telling that confidence is psychologic. And you know it's true. By logical, so does the "unconfidence".
Because your subconscious is so powerfull, some little things you do on your life, that you wouldn't even think about it, could programed your brain to never feel confident.
So I'm trying some techniques I've been seeing round the community and outside them and somethings I "create" them myself.
First, try to do something bold to you every day. If you're a right guy, allways following the law, try to spit on the floor (such an exageration of unconfidence, but you understand me), make a funny face to a kid on the street, try walking with your eyes closed in your house, your background or in some place it isn't risky and stupid (I don't wanna be responsable for damages!).
Go to the mall and lock eyes with girls.
Try to smile them, try to not smile them, try to say hi, try to not say nothing untill they say ( this is actually from David Shade eyes experience. look it up)
Ask directions from a stranger. If you feel confortable already, make them laugh.
go to the mall and say Hi to every girl you see. every girl. don't even think. Say hi to girls with 20 seconds between them, more or less, just the enough time for you to not think about the other girl and use the courage from one girl to another.
Develope yourself to the point where you like yourself. Don't be a copy of a Pick-up Artist! Try to adapt his techniques and try to use only the ones you think it would fit with your personality.
Don't make a big effort to be the alpha male, showing you know about everything, you're so smart. Being inteligent and cult is a plus, but wait for the right moment to say something (when you get good at it maybe you can manipulate the right moment), say something clever, not to long, resume it, and carry on like it wasn't no big deal.
Don't say everything that comes in to your mind; and sometimes let them win one. Then say yes and make a smile that says "I know that, but I'm not gonna grab about it because I'm humble".
There's possible another thing or two that I'm trying, but for now this is good.
Again, I'm trying this material, I can't promisse you that it would work. But what I'm trying to work is my inner game, try to erase a bad habit of being unconfident and write a new one. A better one.
