Hey fellas, here's a little about me. I'm 20 years old from Pittsburgh, PA. My goals in life as of right now are to become the best musician that I can be and to become the best PUA that I know. Girls were never a problem for me, I have always had somewhat of a natural way with women. However, in the past year or two I haven't been playing in any bands due to some lifestyle changes. Needless to say, my confidence has suffered and my ego is left a little bit deflated. Now I am left to deal with the reality of my situation. I have not been 'actively' studying and practicing pickup for more than really the past two days. I bought 'The Game' at the book store about 2 months ago just for good reading material because my friend and I got to talking about a pick up contest. You see, I work in a mall and I have worked there for about 3 years total. It's a GREAT place to meet women, especially because I work in retail. Lots of times it gives us an excuse to talk to women and get their numbers and we get to eye up beautiful girls all day. Here's the problem: My 'target audience', if you will, is not where I'd like it to be. I work well with CERTAIN women. But I want adaptability! I want to relate to GORGEOUS girls who have shitty taste in music and movies and that I generally detest AS WELL AS thoroughly educated and sophisticated women. I want to snag classy, elegant girls and I want to put meatheads and thugs and preppy boys in their place (no offense if you are either or). I want to rebuild my self-esteem and use my skills to become a better leader. When I had an insane amount of new women that I was meeting every weekend at clubs playing shows, I had the perfect attitude-that I didn't need them. And I always knew how to get inside of their pretty heads. Now, I have become a bit weak and out of practice. I also realize that there are greater and more effective seduction techniques out there and why would I pass up the opportunity to make my life that much simpler and master such a wonderful skill? I hope whoever reading has found this mildly entertaining, feel free to introduce yourself! **post script Even though I am somewhat of an inner nerd, I am a little bit embarrassed to even be on here. I apologize for not adopting a cute little pickup name, I think it's really cheesy. But if having one suits you and gives you an extra step in the race, then I think that's great. |
