Hey guys, i have recently came upon the book *The Game*, surprising it was given to me by my sister and she summed up the book as interesting and said was a worthwhile read. Of course before reading the book i had no pre consumptions and has no idea what it was about. When I started reading it, I saw a lot of myself in it. I am 18, 6ft'2, I would describe myself as attractive, well built, and i have had girlfriends in the past and such relations. But i cannot get over the fact that i am incapable to not only approach women but also approach people, as i get very anxious and nervous. I come across to many people as arrogant and confident, but that is only because i don't have the courage to approach them. I am going to university next year and that is part of the reason i am here, i want to be able to talk to girls, and maybe part of the reason i get intimidated is because the girls im interested in are 18-19, and i find them much more intimidating. Also the girlfriends that i did have and most of the girls i have had relations with approached me, and i always catch girls looking at me but i never had the courage to talk to them, i know you get this a lot but i cant handle my nerves. This is a very brief and rough description, if you have any questions about me ill be happy to answer them. But otherwise i hope to learn a lot from this community. |

Good post, and seems you have the right attributes already to put yourself on route. You seem to have a decent opinion if yourself, just seems your lacking a little courage and confidence, everyone here has been there, hence why we are here, we learn, we help eachother. Get looking into natural game, and inner game, it'll help develop yourself as a person, in all aspects, which will result in more confidence. Welcome to the forum.
