Hey My names Andrew ( Andy ) I'm 19 and I started PUA when i was 17. As soon as i got into PUA i got quite good and confident at it i had 2 beautiful women on the go but in the end i had to chose one and i chose Chloe. I broke up with her last week after a year and a half of relationship ! , I honestly fell in love with this girl and in the end i lost it all my confidence i thought i was ugly , depressed.

So now im a broken man i don't seem to be able to recover from this soo i thought i'd come back to this community !. I need advice how to recover and get back what took me so long to work. I feel like I'm back to stage one again a shy depressed young man.

Thanks for reading Ap

Hey Andy

If you really loved her then the first thing is you don't want to try to force yourself to get over it quickly. After my ex left me it was a month before I could even look at another woman without getting depressed. But don't let yourself get stuck in mourning. Is there anything in particular you used to do before you started dating her but sort of dropped once you were in the relationship? Picking that back up might help. Or start a new hobby. To get over a negative change in your life, you should create a positive change too to keep your attention. Hey -- it might give you something interesting to talk about with the ladies too

PS I'm no PUA, don't regard anything I say as PUA type advice :) I'm only commenting b/c I have experience breaking up with a serious girlfriend...

Yea sounds a lot like my case. Got real good, got a girl and dated for 3 years. I actually feel out of love with her but there was period were I was confused and not attracted to any girl. I then realized I needed a change and left her.

Things I did to help get my mind right.

1. Just do you for a while. Do things you enjoy whether its a sport or a hobby
2. Exercise. Work out or go for seriously intense runs. Breaking a sweat will help you think clearly, build up testosterone, help you sleep, and all around make you feel better.
3. Don't look at any girls or jerk off for a week. Dont masturbate till the next girl.

Those 3 should help A LOT!
