Hi guys, I am RedThirst, 25 years of age and I am fairly to this.
I accepted a PhD in another country in December. In these economically uncertain times, I decided it was best for my future to just go for it. As a consequence though, I lost my 4 year LTR last month. I am over this loss, it is best for both, long distance is madness. Now it is time to focus on personal development, getting social and .... chicks
. By moving to another country I lost a big deal of my social life, so that will be my first priority to get up. I have a single very good friend over here who is good with women and nice to hang out with overall, but he is not accepted by the rest of the small community due to his skin color. The campus is fairly small, so I lost quite a number of possible social contacts due to this. Social activities are besides my good friend, limited to karateclass twice a week (with only 5 other students) and colleagues (all 40-50s OUCH).
I am currently plotting to get off of the campus as soon as possible and signing up for either dancing class or guitar lessons as well.
Anyways, I am looking forward to improving my skills and having a good time at this forum.
