| Post subject: | Virgin, Man Boobs? |
I am glad that I am on this forum now. Its a congenial community - helpful and supportive. I posted last night. But here is the lay of the land - I am 26 year old virgin. Until recently, I've been virgin largely by choice - I grew up in an eastern culture where it was difficult to have a healthy sex life prior to marriage. But I am not getting married yet, and this lack of sexual activity is making me restrictive in my search - the girls I like are sexually lax. I've also not had sex for 2 other physical reasons. One is, I am not sure how good I am. I've not had sex. I had one girlfriend at 21 but we broke up because she wanted sex and I was too chicken. The reason I was too chicken is that I feel that I have Man boobs. People made fun of me in freshmen year (of college) about it. I saw a doctor who told me lose 10 lbs and come back (I didn't). But basically this is restricting me. I lost some weight and the man-boobs decreased a bit, but I am not sure if they will go away. So - 26 year old virgin - lack of experience and man boobs. I feel like I am doomed |

1. Forget what other people think, concentrate on yourself and the ones you love. 2. Start gaming now, learn from this forum. 3. If you haven't done something before (i.e sex), chances are, you'll not be perfect at it, practice, think of yourself having fun,, learning curve my friend. |

To rid the man boobs, begin a proper diet and get into a gym. The gym will actually do wonders for you physically and mentally. Not only are you building a healthier and better looking body, your mind is also gaining confidence and you are noticing things you are achieving. I joined two years ago, and it boosted my confidence through the roof. Don't worry about intial fears about what people think, your doing it for yourself not anyone else in the gym. Good luck |

Hey. I'm 17 and I'm new here as well. Although I'm not a virgin. All I can really do is pass on what I've been told. I have a problem and I'm sure it applies just as much for you as it did in my case. I have a lisp and I was worried that it was going to get in the way of picking up but I was told that the sooner I stopped worrying about it and was confident that it wouldn't get in the way..The sooner girls would find me/it more attractive. It's all about confidence. This you could also apply to your 'I'm not sure how good I am at it, because I've never done it before'. That's also a confidence issue that you can fix easily by being confident when it comes to the time for you to finally lose your virginity and believe me. It'll show. Maybe use your game to find a girl that wont mind being your guinea pig..(Up...Down...To the left a little bit...OOOOH RIGHT THERE RIGHT THERE RIGHT THERE!!!) If you get what I'm saying. If the moobs bother you that much you could work out. I started off by doing just as many press ups as I possibly could do at 12 o' clock midnight every other day. I started at 11 and now I'm up to 54. My pecs are now pretty big. ~Patchy |

Great advice here already. To reiterate: don't worry about the man boobs getting in the way of sex. There are always less attractive people getting laid. ; ) And if you want to work on your body (for you) it's a great way to build confidence and get in that "self-improvement" vibe, which feels great. As far as the inexperience in sex thing, really don't worry. If it really does kill your confidence, I'd suggest looking up Daniel Rose's Sex God Method and David Shade's post on alt.seduction.fast (you can find archives if you google them). This reading is definitely not required to be good in bed, but I think it can give you that little bit of confidence by feeling like you're "going in prepared." |

| Post subject: | Blown away |
Thank you for your advise. To be honest, I am blown away by the brotherhood here. From the outside, PUA looked like folks who were taking advantage of women, and so I expected this community to be kind of not friendly. But I am blown away by how supportive everyone is. Makes me challenges my assumptions - both the suggestions & posts I saw, as well as support. I agree with others that sex is a practice sport - so the next opportunity I get, I am just going to jump and see how it goes. |

Sex is always bad the first time, and you won't get as disapointed if you're aware of it. Surely picking up a few books about sex and how to turn on a woman is going to make you more confident, but I remember how disapointed I was the first time. Try find a virgin, that'll make you less worried |

Quote: Sex is always bad the first time.
I might disagree here. My first time wasn't bad at all (not nearly as great as I thought it was then of course ;p) and I attribute that to the fact that my partner was much more experienced than I. She knew what she was doing and it certainly helped. It's often painful and not at all fun for a girl her first time... That would have been a terrible way to start imo.Try find a virgin, that'll make you less worried And hey, she didn't believe me when I told her afterward that I'd been a virgin. ; ) As long as you just do what feels right and don't worry, it'll be fine. |

| Post subject: | Analogy |
This might not be an effective analogy, but the first girl I kissed said "Nobody kissed me like that ever", in a good way. I also verbally told her things I would do to her and her body later, and she constantly masturbated (she said her vagina was not 'closing'). Obviously, if I was not a chicken, things would have been different. She broke up with me. Sex definitely had a role in it (she was not satisfied). In my fucked up phsyche, sex meant a bigger commitment, but really - it didn't mean anything. |

It sounds like you're resiting the present moment bro. Read some more Eckhart Tolle to get to your core. |
