I am now going to get in shape, get a life, do something.
This is the conviction we love to hear. Don't lose it. It's so easy to claim you're gonna make big changes and then lose the passion because the task seems daunting. Make sure to set some short term, attainable, "first step" goals to get yourself going.
Getting in shape is a great area for this. You don't need a great body to pick up women, but working out is an excellent way to get into that "vibe" of revamping your lifestyle. Get on a schedule (better yet, with a buddy to keep you accountable) and work on those abs. ; )
And don't worry, you're one-itis doesn't like "bad boys," she only thinks she does. She likes alphas, and if you're serious about it you're gonna learn how to be one. (But remember, none of this is for her, it's for you.)
