Hey guys, Nice to meet all of you. I just finished my first semester of college. I'm in a fraternity, and a friend of mine and I were discussing how awesome next semester would be because he's living in one of our houses, where we hold rush parties, and there's a new class of thousands of incoming freshman girls. I've always been good at talking with women, always, but I've never been good at the game. I've sucked at closing, following up, and all the necessities of success; on the other hand, however, I'm naturally good at being the life of the party, at banter, negging, all of the other necessities of success. I suppose I'm average looking, and am pretty confident, and my friend said that, after being my wing in the field a million times, that I should commit to reading The Game over the summer. He said that one of his friends, who was very far behind me socially (shy, not confident) had read the book, and now is able to find a target, say "watch this," and game her. So I picked up a copy when I got home two days ago. My friend knows my personality, and knows exactly how obsessed (well, I couldn't think of a better word for radically-interested) I get when I want to be successful at something, and he was right (as you can see, I found this forum and signed up). I'm on page 97 already, and am seriously loving it (notably because of the numerous similarities in IOI's that are mentioned, that I've received and never acted on, and the suggestions for how to act on them). In addition, I've been listening to the AJ and Jordan "Pickup Artist Podcasts" on iTunes, also recommended by my friend, and I can really see myself getting very good at this, and becoming a natural. I've ALWAYS been a "nice guy," time for a change. -(Li)Bido. |
