| Post subject: | My name is Bassline. This is my story. |
I am currently located in South Yorkshire, in England at the moment, but am going travelling to different parts of the world soon, so getting into the game is great for me. I am 22 years old. I got into the game through a friend who lent me the Neil Strauss book (which I have nearly finished), and subsequently found this site. Until now, I was an AFC at picking up women (I’ll go into the moments that led up to it), but now, I’m an RAFC. I’m open-minded in my approach, I consider myself a good-looking guy, and have been told this before several times, but with no natural game, I have struggled. My aim is to make myself more successful with women, and be a better person; I believe learning the PUA trade will do that. For any who wish to read further, here it goes. When I was 11/12 years old (just before high-school) I was sporty, popular and the captain of the soccer team. I could talk to girls (to say this at such a young age sounds sad, but it’s true). However, that all changed. I started to gain weight once I didn’t have my contract renewed at a professional English football club, and with my weight gain, my confidence suffered inversely. The worse shape I was in, the worse my confidence would get. This had a direct influence with my connection with women; it was non-existent. I didn’t learn how to talk to them, be around them, they were a foreign species to me. High School is where you start making connections with women, but I never did. I wasn’t unpopular, or an outcast, but I just couldn’t talk to women. This all changed when I moved to my sixth form. I was still very much out of shape (I weighed about 220lbs), but I managed to find some new confidence moving schools. Things changed. I felt more confident talking to women (it was still low though), but better. Then I lost weight. It was the best thing I ever did. I ate less and I exercised. And I became more confident, and I, somehow, managed to get the most amazing girlfriend. She was awesome. She took my virginity, she taught me so much about women, about relationships, she changed my life; do not fear, this is not one-itis, this was a long time ago, but I want to give her credit for how much she changed me for the better. The thing that is so obvious to me is that the reason I was more confident was because I lost weight, and that made me confident with women (this shows just how important confidence is). I then went to Uni, having only slept with my girlfriend. I wanted to be faithful to her, and I was. Despite other offers (I think this comes with the confidence radiating from you because you have a girl-friend), I was faithful. It’s at this point I’d like to point out my respect to PUA’s in general. They respect women. If they are in a relationship, they will be faithful (unlike so many AFC’s). If they have many relationships they will be honest. They will never force a girl to do anything she doesn’t want. I respect that. My aim is to get very good at this, and so I feel I must make a vow never to sleep with a married woman. Anyway, I digress. Anyway, I split up with my GF because I just couldn’t do the long distance thing. I was 19 at the time of breaking up with her, I’m 22 now. Since, I have slept with 7 women. Pretty AFC numbers, but in comparison to how I was in High School it’s a massive difference. However, I can improve so much, both as a PUA and also in life. It’s no surprise I have met women when I have felt confident. Confidence is massive; it will get you everywhere. So here’s to being a PUA, and a better person. |

Numbers are not an issue my friend in your sex life unless it's the numbers in HBs being lower than 7...quality not quantity. I've only got 8 to my name and it's been 4 years since I've started having sex. Best of luck and welcome to the game. |
