I'm completely new to this, I have only recently been introduced to the literature on PUAs from the Internet and television. I am insanely shy and i would like to get rid of my approach anxiety, meet women, break out of my shell and actually practise some of the techniques.
I live in Cape Town, South Africa and there are plenty of beautiful women here. i don't know if there are any members who r from South Africa but if there r then will u b willing to sarge with me (or train me)? let me know.
I also wouldn't mind some good advice.
