Hello all I am the executive chef at a nurseing home. I am 28 years old and have been single for 15 months. My best friend told me about PUA last week and I have found it very enlighting. Now here is a little backround on my problems.

I'm the type of man who ends up settling for women I don't like. I can't seem to attract the "type" of women I like.
I like really nice soft spoken women who are shy. Skinny and short.

I have good socail skills. My friends say I'm very sarcastic, smart and always come to me for advice (not women advice though). However when around the type of women I like I cannot become self conscience and try to be nice. On the other hand many women who I don't like hit on me and flirt with me all the time. Most of my girlfriends have always made the first move on me.
So here is my question.
My few girlfriends were real mean and bossy and got me into trouble a lot. I excepted this because i thought opposites attract. After I left my last girl I realized I want a women who is just as nice as me. I found one she works at my job is very shy. She has no friends and is still a virgin at 19. I have her number and we have been talking a few days but I can't tell if she is into me. When I first met her I told her how I feel and about my last girl. But I couldn't get her to tell me if she likes me, she said "don't put her on the spot like that" and "that she won't just jump into a relationship she has only had 2 boyfriends in her life. But she gave me her number.
I need to how to cause sexual tension in her and any techniques I can use to cause attraction in her.
