Hey Guys thanks for the forum. I'm a rAFC from Shanghai. I've got a lot of sticking points and I'm working in pretty interesting territory. Game in China is a little bit different than Game elsewhere. But while I'm here I want to get over my sticking points and be an interesting guy when I get back Stateside. I got interested in pickup after a friend of mine lended me "The Game." It wasn't life changing to read but it did remind me that I need to work on things in my social life. I'm from originally from SC. I speak Chinese conversationally but not fluently. I live in China but I don't like Chinese women over western women. Since I'm in the east I'm usually around Chinese women but I don't want to pick them up. I've found it pretty boring and a waste of time since I lose interest fast with the language barrier. I mostly have practiced pickup at a few of my favorite local bars. The only place where I can meet white chicks and have a normal conversation. I have no sticking points on the approach and the social environment is really conducive to number closes here in China, most westerns exchange numbers with ease. I've never kiss closed in Shanghai which is something I want to work on. I am an alpha male. Confidence is not my issue, in fact arrogance is more of an issue. I know that and have always been a leader. I have a kickass job that lends itself to great DHV that I don't need to think about to use. I extremely talkative and outgoing when I'm out. I have a problem of over doing it and losing sight of the target. I have some horrible sticking points stemming from a really conservative upbringing. My father is a minister and as a PK you either end up Fucked up and crazy or a goodie two shoes. I believe that I am neither but I don't get laid so you guys can count me in as a goodie two shoes. I've gone through a lot of forums and settled in here because it seems pretty active and encouraging. I hope I can learn from you all and maybe you guys will enjoy a few of my field reports. I don't know if its available, but I'd love to go by the handle "Design." It fits my job and general outlook on life pretty well. Don't know if its taken the PUA world yet, if not I'm staking my claim Cheers, Design |
