Post subject:  I'm a pussy

Hey everyone the subject explains it all. I'm 19 and physically attractive. Girls tell me I'm cute all the time. The thing is i can't walk up to a girl. If a girl starts a conversation with me then I'm set and can eventually hook-up with her. All my hook ups are from girls initially coming up to me. From now on I'm forgetting every girl I know and want to start from ground zero. I want to know where to walk up to a girl what to say and how to number close. If I do this than I feel like a whole new chapter of my life will unveil. But for now............I'm a pussy.

First let me tell you welcome to the forum and to the community. We're glad to have you.

No, you are no longer a pussy - just by realizing that YOU are not the initiating force in your relationships/hookups you have come to a realization that VERY FEW men come to. You have taken the correct first step, and that is, like all things, admitting the problem. The problem isn't that "you are a pussy" but that you have BASE-LESS fears about approaching women. You KNOW you are skilled with women, so it is certainly not a question of skills but APPLICATION.

Clearly you initiate conversation with women on a daily basis, whether it is something simple like talking to a waitress doesn't matter. You already know that women are JUST PEOPLE. One of the most common causes of approach anxiety is elevating the woman you approach to something higher than you would any other person, or of thinking about the outcome before you even speak with them. I suggest working on JUST approaching women, open them however you want but don't bother taking it further than the opener. Doing what I suggested will help you get used to initiating conversation for the first time, and you will quickly begin to realize how your demeanor/attitude affects different outcomes.

I look forward to hearing more from you.
