I'm a noob at "The Game" (100 pages deep), but it sounds like you could use an excuse to get you talking to girls.
I've worked in retail for about 3 years. Various places. But for the last year, I worked on campus at a shop on a crowded street. Tons of girls roll through there. I took that as an opportunity to really explore the bounds with what you could say and what you couldn't say to women. Not only that, but working at this joint gave me an excuse to walk up to them and say, "How you ladies doin' today?" It really has developed my confidence level alot more than ever before. Also, due to the magnitude of the student body of a university, I see how disposable these conversations are. Even if you mess up, who cares. You're probably never going to see them again!
Get yourself a job near your school where you are forced to speak with girls. That will help you develop some fundamental social skills. That would be my advice. Even though you cant really put it on a nice resume'
