Hi everyone!
I'm just 20yo and i'm French, so i apologize if my posts are not perfectly well-written. I came to the Game about 2 years ago, and i began to pratice recently, after a long time reading ebooks and stuff about it.
When i was younger i was really overweight but i managed to kick my ass and now i'm addicted to bodybuilding which has permitted me to get a great body, and the most important...self confidence. Whereas I think that my major problem is that i'm too anxious about the way people can see me.
I'm here to learn from all the members and to share experiences, in order to improve myself!
