That's not really how I talk. Well, maybe when I'm being ironic. Anyway, the name is Primal or Jamie if you prefer. I'm from Connecticut. I've been studying the "game" for about 6 months now but have only practiced it for a couple of weeks. I got into this stuff because I love social engineering and watching people but I figured it was about time to get my hands dirty. Also I'm recovering from bad social anxiety I've experienced pretty much my whole life until now. I was so bad even babies made me anxious. It's still a struggle but I figure, fuck it. Why waste my time being scared of shit that can't hurt me. I plan on taking what I can from this site and using it to the best of my abilities. I also plan on contributing as well. I may not be a PUA but when it comes to the health/fitness section I feel I have a lot to offer. I have a degree in exercise physiology and I've been studying and networking with the best in the business for over 10 years now. A lot of what I teach stems from primitive movement and how our bodies evolved to the machines they are today. You can take or leave my advice, but that is how I make my money.
