but it also depends on how far do you want to go, and how much of your old self are you willing to change/sacrifice.
Workout, read more, practice your inner confidence, go out often, talk to both men and ladies, be around your friends, dont take rejection seriously, happens to every1 and it has been happening for ages ( literally ).
Evolutionary processes are old, and so is your body, so get over any anxiety or fear to rejection you might have, because its only an ancient defense system of your genes to keep you from being "kicked out of the tribe"...
Be aware that youre not alone, many of us have gonne tr a process to become better persons and improve our quality of life.
with some changes in your actual life and in the overall confidence you have in yourself; practicing the game often WILL take you somewhere nice
