hey, i'm adam and i'm from rochester,ny. i have no game to speak of whatsoever, and i don't know where to begin. i'm booksmart, 20 y/o, and a firefighter/emt. like i said, i don't even know where to begin. its all very new to me, and after focusing on school for a long time (high school included) i need to start living life a little more. i have a tendency to clam up, lose confidence, and doubt myself. i'm looking to learn a whole lot. thanks.[/quote] |

Try going out this weekend to a club with a couple of guy and female friends. The sole purpose is to be out and about and having fun. Being social. The only opener you'll use all night is "Hi." With a big smile on your face. Come back next week and tell us your results. You can then go from there. |

ok, so i went to a concert saturday night and did what you suggested. it wasn't that hard to say hi to people surprisingly, and there were a couple of cuties there too. but i was also starting to worry about, ok, how do i carry on a conversation? how would i keep a girl interested? |

Stop trying to carry a conversation man. That's the biggest misconception about learning game that guys don't understand. You can't build rapport with someone you don't know. Well you can... but its backwards engineering. Think about it like this... what do you and you're friends talk about? Absolutely nothing and everything. You just talk about whatever may come to mind, and esculate off of that. When meeting women in a social setting, initially they do not want to know anything about you. They don't want to divulge any information either. Break rapport. Don't try and get to know them... Try not get to know them. I go gaming at least twice a week with no wings at major dance clubs, I let the club be my wing. I talk to an HB for two mins and when the thread runs dry, I walk away. They are absolutely no social rules to follow in night settings. When talking to a girl, try intially qualifying her as an opener. "Hey you seem like you could be a cool person. Before I go, tell me three intresting things about yourself, but no not really. This is a cool concert though, right?" Flood her emotions. I do this all the time. I dance with one HB, and get my camera ready, and take a picture with another while still dancing. Break rapport man. Condition yourself to failing, it'll give you more success than anything esle. |

so what you're saying, if I'm getting this right, is to only engage a girl for a couple of minutes? what about a college type SPAM? Because most of my time revolves around school when i'm not working or working out. |
