okk...so I am a bafc(below average frustrated chump
)...but I am trying to do something about it....I am sort of fugly...have gained a lot of fat....am at present trying to burn them off...while doing serious weight training....its difficult no doubt to maintain the discipline...but I hope it will be worthwhile in the end...to start off..i have say I have never dated any girl...had never had the courage to do so..since my parents were pretty conservative and discouraged me from talking to girls...further I went to a convent school...and a university which had a ratio of boys:girls ratio of 20:1..no doubt I got so addicted to porn, videogames, movies and all those shit...
Further I am Indian(not native american) by origin....and am not quite sure how caucassian girls like dating indian guys...and whether there is a racial bias....
anyways...after working out regularly for around 1 month now..i feel a bit more confident around girls..to try out stuff....I have been trying out eye contact routines that I found on the fastseduction website...but I guess I am not really ready to talk to strangers or to girls in pubs....
I am presently trying to improve my appearance and try to increase the duration for which I can hold eye contact without feeling awkward....I have found that starting a journal helps a lot in improving...especially when you start seeing the changes and it also helps to get suggestions from people more experienced....so I shall be starting one soon on this forum....
