| Post subject: | Fraternity party |
This is my first post on this forum. I'm a 20 year old male from a high-percentage male engineering campus(80% men). I'm the President of my fraternity, which is one of the bigger ones on campus. I consider myself to have many Alpha traits, and have just recently been introduced to this forum, although I have been a longtime reader of bristollair. I recently exited a relationship of a girl that was my second successful pickup, and it was a very satisifying one. She moved away and it was over, and I was content with that. But I want to get my game back on. Tonight we were invited to a previously hated/rival fraternity's party. Typically, parties on this campus exhibit the typical 4-1 male to female ratio, ande this brings out a lot of creepers. I used to be one myself. This party I was invited to tonight exhibited a 1-1 male to female ratio. I have been reading this forum for the past week and thought I would make a good effort to apply some game. However, I had extremely high approach anxiety. There were lots of probably HB7 to HB8s here, nothing spectacular, but I couldn't help myself to get the opener out. This problem was exacerbated by the fact that a previous ex was here, and she approached me outside, put her arms around me and told me "I still love you!!!" to which I replied "That's creepy" and lept inside. Anyways, down to the field report. I am sitting here back at my fraternity house sipping on a bouron on the rocks and without and HB. I did finally up the courage to approach, but I think my first impression was a "That guy took too long to approach me" one. I typically used an opener that related to the creepy guys at the party, and this was somewhat successful. I need to work on my mid-game though, as I couldn't keep it going from here. One girl was carrying a bottle of orange juice, vodka, and a red bull, and I came out and said "how'd you end up having to carry everything? Isn't that what purses are for?". This was perhaps the most successful rapport of the night. Anyways, I look forward to building up some good field reports and posting more in this forum. If this post is irrelevant to the forum, moderates please delete. I'm fairly tired right now but feeling motivated and good. I don't feel there is enough good content in here to warrant a field report. |
