Hello all, from the looks of it, like many of you, I’ve discovered this whole new community from reading the game which a friend gave to me after one of those chats that, I’m sure we've all had in the past.
I’m 24 and currently residing in France which is crap due to the language barrier!
I’ve not been 'studying' the art of pick up but have noticed certain things working better than others, the book just made a lot of these things fall into place, for example:
I was in central London with a friend the other week just before Christmas, not on the pull but I wouldn’t have said no if a beautiful woman wanted a chat, we were meant to be Christmas shopping and getting a couple of pints. We met at 13:00 and it was soon clear that it was less about the presents and more about the pints. Throughout the day we had very little eye contact from women, to be fair though, there wasn’t a great turnout anyway. Toward the end of the night I bought two union jack hats, (as I’m off to Canada in Feb to see a cousin and wanted a small something as a bit of fun) so we wore them, mine was shaped like a jesters hat and my friends was in a top hat style. We then went into the last bar of the day before catching the train, we had 3 different girls come to the bar and start up convo with us!
A week after this I started reading the book and it appears this is what’s known as 'the peacock theory’ - amazing ha!
Thats just one example of many within the book, the difference is that when I was doing the trial and error myself it was taking ages, now, it’s more exact which, should, save a lot of time and loosing out on meeting some great girls.
I’m excited to see what can be done with it and can’t wait to get out there and try out the stuff.
