I'm sure plenty of you are in/are going in/were in college at one point. If you go to a large school, its pretty common knowledge that *most* sorority girls aren't the hardest girls to pick up.

When I was a freshman, this discovery was amazing. Get them drunk, and you get laid. With time i've only gotten *better* and now that I can legally purchase alcohol, this shit has been rampant.

With all of this success I've always considered myself a natural at picking up girls. But recent events have made me think twice about my abilities. It's come to the point where alcohol needs to be a factor for me to have any success at picking up girls. I think of myself like Popeye, except my spinach is booze... =p

This realization is frustrating, but it is cause to act...

So here I am!!! And maybe i'll join an AA group while I'm at it.. =p

One question though:
1. Where do I get started? - I've read the Game, some of that cocky/funny guy's stuff too. It's not much, but I'm tired of reading about getting girls. I want it to happen.

Maybe i'll camp out the mall today and approach random girls... Couldn't hurt could it?

I was like you for a while. I didn't go to college, but I spent 3 years in Germany, where bars were full of girls just like you're describing. I got back to the States, and girls aren't so easy. I severely limit the number of drinks I have so that: 1) I don't get a DWI/DUI, 2) I have just an ever-so-slight buzz and liquid courage, and 3) People drink at bars, *I* find it a little odd to not have something to sip on. That said, 3 drinks max to start, and 1 drink every 1-2 hours after.

"Drinking is a professional sport," my Batallion Sergeant Major used to say. You have to know how to play, and play smart to win. Nobody likes a sloppy drunk, but alcohol is a great social lubricant.



HOWEVER, I do think you need to get out during the day and get to work so you can improve your game without alcohol. If you can do that, the next time you're at a bar, and you've taken the edge off, you'll be that much better.

One of the major points in mystery method is that a PUA should NOT require the supplement of alcohol to achieve a pick up.
If you want to start getting it right without alcohol in you (or the girls) it will be like starting all over again. and it will be frustrating.

getting started: watch some of mystery's seminars - i found them to be a huge help.
as charlie0 said. get out during the day.
start with openers. move on to number closes, instant dates etc.

this will develop your confidence, ability to hold a conversation etc and soon enough you'll be able to F close completely sober girls :D

Girls like to get drunk so they can have sex while putting the blame on the alcohol rather than taking the "slut" blame themselves.

Alcohol lowered their ASD (anti slut defense). Find a different way to do that without any external substances and you will no longer need to spend any money to get laid.
