Hi Guys, I've been reading PUA material for a few weeks, but read the book by Mike Pilinski, "Without Embarrassment" a few years back. I found that shrinks can't sort my anxiety out and I am here looking to find out how I can treat myself in the real world. Good to meet you all. |
