Ok first off I'm new to this. I recently broke up with my gf 2 months ago and have been a wreck. I am slowly regaining my footin with bein okay with myself. last night i went out with a buddy to a bar and had extreme approach anxiety. I introduced myself to a few girls but never could hold up a conversation. I need help, I need a wingman, I need guidance before my dating life flushes down the drain. Im 25 yrs old,. 5'11' Filipino. I am from San Diego and graduated college a while back. My social groups are small if any and none provides any means of meeting girls. I'm am literally in a rut. |
