Hi everyone, i'm excited to be joining the community. I'm aged 21 and I'm a student from Manchester, England, studying philosophy at the University of Manchester.
I got introduced to The Game when I saw a pod on Current TV about Style and Mystery. I then read Style's book 'The Game', and I have a copy of his 'The Rules of the Game' which I intend to work through whilst i'm socialising at university this year. Since reading the book this community has intrigued me, and I can't wait to learn all about it. Presently I'm most interested in the methods of Mystery, Style, and Jeffries (- especially Jeffries and his NLP techniques). So far I've not practiced any pick-up, but that'll change very soon, and I'm a bit apprehensive about taking the first steps, but i'm guessing they're the hardest.
I've only had one serious relationship, and that was complicated to say the least. I've got acute approach anxiety and I seem incapable of small talk. However, that's not to say that I'm a total social retard, it's mostly my love-life that needs remedying. I joined the community to learn about human interaction and psychology, to learn techniques and routines, to overcome my approach anxiety, and ultimately to become a mPUA. One goal is to meet a woman on my 'wavelength', perhaps someone who I can have a serious relationship with. Really, though, I want to meet lots of women and meet a representative sample of the fish in the sea.
