Hello, Just a couple of days ago i read the Mystery Method. I thought the book was great and my friend also read it. Yesterday me and my friend went to the mall to try some openers and to get rid of approach anxiety, but we never even dared to go up to the girls, we just chickened out. What is the best cure to get rid of this crippling approach anxiety? |

I am also starting killing AA. You can't go to a mall with those openers, yet, it gives you too much pressure, better start smaller. Go to the street with your friend, one of those streets that are full of people, shops, coffe shops, etc, or even to a mall as u did. Try not to look to the people while walking, u can talk to your friend or look at the shops. Now and then look arround you (but do not think that u will look arround you before u do it, cause every little thing that reminds you of what you are doing will stress you up), and if u see a group of girls or one alone, automatically go there and say "HI" with a smile on your face, a strong yet sexual voice and nice posture (at first your voice will be messed up, u will not smile etc, do not worry, you can improve that with time), and then keep walking as you were the freaking President. This is the method i am using, hope it works with you also |

yeah there are a couple of games you can try. saying hi to everyone you meet for a period of time works. turn it into a game if you want - i had a friend with mega approach anxiety (his approaches = 0), so i told him we'd say hello to all the chicks we passed. you get a point for recognition/acknowledgement, 2 for a clear positive one. take it step by step - ask people for advice - where to go for clubs, directions, fashion advice, whatever. I cant remember who it was in The Game who called random people up in the phonebook and would get them to give him movie recommendations its called 'The Game' for a reason. Have fun! |

alright dudes, thought id gate crash on your convo, im very new to the game and used to suffer AA to the point where i was nearly having a heart attack. anyway i went to the gamblers bootcamp in london and he started me off just asking women for directions. its really good cos if you walk through a set of streets you can ask women how are walking towards you so when they have given you directions you can move onto the next one that passes by and it wont seem wierd. once you get comfortable doing that, keep doing more and more until it is completely second nature - then move onto hot chicks - you will eventually realise it is no different to talking to normal chicks, which was my sticking point. anyways hit me back if you wanna hear some more waffle |

I think it was hypnotica, OP you might want to look into Ross Jeffries or Hypnotica's stuff they really help.
