hey everyone, my names chris, when i started highschool i had a girlfriend that cheated on me, that really bummed me out.. i became obsessed with PUA and i wanted to become one but i was too afraid to approach a girl.. still am.. im making small steps but i lock up with fear whenever i think about an approach... i know i need to just do it, right now my goal is to game one day a week and just try to cultivate a relationship with a really hot girl.. i know it will boost my confidence... just wanted to share!

Welcome to the forum. I know it's easy for me to say this to you, but you are going about it the wrong way. One day a week isn't good enough when you're starting out. If you want to be good at it, get up and go out right now and approach women and approach the kind that you want to get. Then do it again tomorrow and keep doing it. One day a week makes it too easy to push it off until tomorrow. You can do it...just don't get discouraged.
