Post subject:  I guess this is where it starts.
First off, hey everyone I'm Krixus and I'm an AFC. (I feel like I'm introducing myself in an AA meeting.)

A little basic information about me;
I'm from the UK
I'm serving in the Army
I suffer from approach anxiety

Now that really is my sticking point, AA. I know plenty of openers and I could easily talk about anything whilst cracking a few funnies but I overthink the approach. I guess I'm scared of the rejection side of things and then being embarrassed. I'm perfectly fine if a wing opens up the set but if I try, I hit the sticking point.

Can anyone give any quality advice on overcoming this?
I've read The Game which is probably the standard thing to do as an AFC and I also have the The Rules of the Game, but I feel it's a little outdated and to put it blunt American.

I feel that I'm missing out big time on quality sarging especially as I'm travelling all over due to work. I'm also kind of on my own with this as none of my mates know how to game either.

Of course not.

HOWEVER that being the case, I'd love to tell you it's easy to overcome your AA and all will be well.

The truth is my man, the VAST majority of men never arrange more than a small handful of dates with different women in their entire life. The odds are against you. You can overcome the odds but it's not a walk in the park. You will face rejection. You will face girls not liking you. And this very fact scares off 9.999 out of 10 men from ever playing this game on any meaningful level i.e. spreading excitement to multiple women. Just telling it like it is with no sugar coating.

You can tell yourself "oh shit this will be easy" and then never put in the work or you can as best you can put aside the ego most of us possess and get to work. It's up to you.
