hey man i read what u wrote and i wanted to advice u about the aproach well first of all u should think about it like that, always admire ur self like say, hey man im an awsome dude i know what i worth and what i can give to ppl and if some1 dont like it its hes problem,basicly if u say it to your self couple of times u will start fell better about ur self ur selfesteem will rise and u will feel good,another thing u should think of is that ,lets say u go out and see a cute girl u think to ur self that u wanth to know here but u scared to aproach,so ask ur self this what the worst thing that could possebly happend ?, that she will say i got a bf or im not intersted ? so what go on there are alot of other preety and cute girls like here and when u will think about that u will feel better relaxed and less strested about aproaching here, and if u still fell stressed that happends alot to anyone theres something i realy like to do, its like a small game that will build ur selfesteem or make u fell like u dont give a fck,
if u feel stressed just go around say hi to ppl dosent matter who or high5 them u will feel alot more comfterball cause u doing somthing funny and wierd and it will give u a better selfesteem to go aproach.
