So im here because I want to be that mack, that player that can get any girl, the one that girls touch their hair when he talks to them that one guy that is able to speak and make people listen- The Alpha I have some familiarty with PUA lingo and MM even read style's book, but im just not where i want to be in terms of picking up. Not a virgin or a dude without dress style or some nerdy guy, im a normal guy that considered by many a nice guy. I consider myself independent, manly, respectful, old fashioned (i guess), and a workout junkie. I do have that identity of "the gym guy" girls ask me all the time to workout with them and train them but they always bitch out expecting me to chase them or kiss their butt, but i want them chasing my balls. I have trouble with the whole dance of progressing an encounter into something more I dont have trouble socializing of DHV but i just cant get girls to absolutely want me without me begging even if i do beg then im low value thus they dont like me but it seems like thats what they want me to do is chase them but i know better. I am more than happy to go over some diet plans and workout routines with guys if you can help me develop my game |

You need to hit the trenches mate. I have no doubt you probably get laid already, but I'm willing to bet it's with girls that chose you and not vice versa Gym is great and all, but it is painting over the cracks in your 'game'. I'm not saying you should quit gym, all I'm saying is I hope you don't go to the gym to compensate for a lack of game. Heck maybe you go to the gym for health reasons like a small minority of people.. You need to just approach, develop the skill/instinct and push your uncomfortzones. Think of it as blasting out the reps until failure. Same thing but not not as physical but more emotional. It's very common to see the over weight ugly dude that has big balls and approach fearless but also very common that I see my friends just standing there and expecting their looks/physique to do all the work for them Nd they get super frustrated. I have a friend who learned the skill and pickup is so easy for him now. He got the looks and now the confidence. Pussy slayer. There isn't another way around it, approach girls and pull the trigger until you feel comfortable with it Goodluck. |

Same start situation as I had. You'll make it. Already the right mindset and you know what discipline means. |

*****Right on for the most part, then again my goal is not to get laid its to have an awesome girlfriend, I am somewhat of a lone wolf as well and im looking for my match. I can be needy at time probably because my mother screwed me up psychologically as a kid, at times i have depression but i have a strong will to work on the things that make me weak when i am depressed its productive atleast not just crying around my home.I have no doubt you probably get laid already, but I'm willing to bet it's with girls that chose you and not vice versa Quote: Quote: Gym is great and all, but it is painting over the cracks in your 'game'. I have trouble closing the deal I think im good at interacting but i need help on the 2nd part. I can talk to girls I can be very funny Im not the most social butterfly in my community but the few people that do interact with me enjoy my conversations without a doubt, girls are not falling all over for me yet but they do show interest or atleast dont straight forward reject me |

lol discipline is easy; been cutting on 50 grams of carbs, 46grams, of fat 27 of them monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, and 180grams of protein going on for about 1 month of being under 1500calories is hard when your bmr is 3200calories at 205lbs

Ive been told I have a fuck off vibe that for the life of me I cant change its just a part of who i am as a lone wolf iit took me 20 years to accept that i am a strong introvert doesnt mean i cant socialize just means i dont enjoy it all the time. But i have an intimidation factor that i want to use to my advantage, intimidation can be sexy to some girls i think, but could anyone with more experience and knowledge be able to help me put together a plan to use myself more efficiently. I think it threw people off when they see that im social during occasions as they had this presumption of me being this tough macho buff ass serious man. Also the vibe i posses affects my social status within other men I feel that most guys are really intimidated by me that they want to challenge me all the time as a result I feel like the world is trying to fuck with me nonstop seems a bit cynical but i assure its true |
