Let me share a story with you. It's not a sad sap story, I assure you. Well it is kind of embarrassing. Anyway, I am a wallflower. Well, I'm sort of working my way through that. I've been satisfied with the progress so far. I'm a member of my school's improvisation club. We spent the past semester getting ready for a show that we had today and we killed it. So we went to steak-and-shake (because the vast majority of us are under 21 (I am over 21)) to celebrate. For one of my acts, I had a tumbler of mixed grape and peach juice. On stage, it looked like I was drinking scotch. it was funny. I drank most of the bottle. For those of you not in the know, grape juice is a laxative. Let's just say it made quick work of my colon. At steak and shake. After the third trip, I decided it was time to leave. But, that wasn't the main reason. I was sitting next to a very hit-on-able girl (I'm not yet familiar with the pick-up parlance, but I'd say she was a 7.8. Bi-racial, very hot). And... I didn't even say a word... There was no reason for me not to, either. I got a lot of laughs when I challenged one of the guys to eat some peppers in exchange for me paying for their meal. It was a hoot. Between my shame there, and after the third trip to the bathroom, I just left (bourbon and a cigar alone in my room on this forum.) While I've been working for years to un-wallflower myself, there is still one area in which I feel the struggle is too much for me: women. And the above incident has clinched the decision.
