| Post subject: | Newbie from New Delhi, India |
Hey guys. I am an 18 year old guy living in New Delhi, India. I have just started college, but I am still living with my parents. I have no dating experience whatsoever. In school, I was a big nerd. I was attractive, some girls liked me but I didn't talk much and just concentrated on studying. I had confidence, but I didn't know how to use it (I can easily talk to any girl I want to). So college started recently and I started talking to loads of girls. I didn't get very friendly (to avoid the friendzone), just chatted a bit and took their numbers. I text some of them every now and then and hang out after college sometimes (like in a group). I asked the hottest one out but she figured I wasn't the serious kinds and she was, so she said no. One girl told me she likes me but I don't find her hot so I said no. So the problem is that some of the other girls I am interested in know that I asked the hot one out, so if I ask them out now, they'll think they're second choice. What should I do? Should I just forget the girls who know about it? Also what do you guys think about my approach? Meeting girls in college, hanging out in groups, taking their numbers and then asking them out. Some tips would be helpful. I want to remind you guys that college life here is pretty different from the west because of the culture. We don't have that many parties, girls don't jump into bed unless you are in a serious relationship with them or married to them (some do, amd those are the ones I am looking for) and many students like me still live with their parents, so you can't bring girls over for the night or throw house parties. Basically, people are less open minded about sex and so guys like me looking for casual flings have a really tough time. |
