Hello all, Long story short... From my first sexperience at 16 to 19 I was consistently having casual sex with average girls/in relationships (regularly both at the same time) - at 19 met a girl, fell in love eventually started to settle until Xmas 2011 when we split up, leaving me dejected, overweight and single as an adult... pretty scary! I have started to look after myself - running regularly, counting calories and am now approaching the weight I want to be at and feeling better in myself. I just feel like I have no confidence when approaching or at times even talking to women. I freeze a lot, overthink what I want to say and I think as a result I can be a bit boring. Like most people on here I read 'The Game' but to be honest I haven't put any of those techniques to use as I'm too shy to put myself out there. I have a bunch of close friends - 90% of whom are having babies, getting married or settling with their girls - whilst I feel like I've been frozen out. I'll put my violin away now - if anyone has any advice or can refer me to parts/members of the site that may help it would be appreciated. C |
