Hey everyone from Australia, a recovering AFC here. Stumbled apon the pua field a few months ago and have since read a fair bit on websites and watched videos, but haven't read any books. There is so much information though I never know what I should be reading.
I'm almost 21, still a virgin and have always experienced social anxiety etc and a lack of confidence which has prevented me from getting with the opposite sex. It's not that I'm ugly, I just get approach anxiety all the time and end up regretting it. Need to stop putting that pussy on the pedestal but it might take a while to change my mindset. Hopefully learning pu will do this. Thanks for reading!
