Hi there! Please bear with me hear- the back story is crucial to the current situation. I know this is my first post on here using this account, but I am very experienced within the community. Years ago I even used the hilarious yet useful tactic of walking up to girls at the shopping mall and asking them to reject me... It toughens you up big style! I'm a very modest man, and consider myself to have progressed well with day game/ night game/ online game/ game boy colour and phone game (that phone game was a strange one, but it did work out in the end!) HOWEVER. I have just found myself in an unusual and slightly awkward situation with my new girl next door. You will not have read a story like this one on this forum, trust me. The coincidences are ridiculous. This Girl Next Door, "GND", is a girl that I dated casually for nearly a month back in September 2012. In September 2012 I was not living next door to her- we met through an online forum (SHE messaged ME first), I used my killer online game, hooked her in, we met up, she seemed lovely, we continued to meet up, things progressed, all was well. We stopped seeing each other because things came out via text that wasn't meant to (albeit on my side.) She didn't like any of it, claimed that I had hurt her deeply (or something like that lol) and she didn't want to see me again... It was all about me getting messages from other girls of whom were very persistent... Basically, I gave some BS back then that today I regret. Especially when I was starting to actually develop feelings for this girl. Now, long story short, on the 17th May 2013, I had to get out of my flat by 6pm. I had lined up a new place to move into, but at 12pm on the 17th May, the seller decided to pull out, leaving me with only 6 hours to find a place. I rang around, and the one decent place I find, I take it, even though the location of the house did seem very familiar to me... Through sheer coincidence (or bad/good luck) I had to move into the place that was literally next door to this girl that I'd 'hurt'. The feelings that I had for her had been playing on my mind ever since the day we stopped seeing each other, and if the opportunity arose in which we could get back together then yes, I would take that chance- some would call that an AFC quality, but I don't care. So there is the awkward situation of living next door to the girl that got away. However this is not a normal case of Re-Opening lines, re-running routines or 'accidentally' bumping into her when she's taking the trash out- This is an alien concept to me. Her housemate saw me when I was moving my stuff in, and from the shapes looking through her window, the 'Hurt Girl' saw me too. She was only there for a split second and then vanished from view. I then heard giggles... She must have seen me. It was her face. Looking at me. With eyes, and everything. It gets more strange when I got a text from her last night- all it said was; "So I heard that you've moved right next door to me..." Now, being the online PUA that I have become, I decided not to answer directly with a 'yes' or 'no'. I wanted her to elaborate on this. GND; "So I heard that you've moved right next door to me..." Me; "This is incorrect... You 'saw' me moving in" GND; "This is not correct? Well my housemates did a great job of making me aware..." I decided not to push any wrong buttons there, so I replied with; "I have a question though- You have my number?" (I asked this, because I know full well that she would have deleted it it if I had of hurt her so badly and she never wanted to see me again.) GND; "To be honest, I thought I had deleted it, but it was obviously in my phone memory." Now, this may be true to an extent, who knows. But why oh why would she suddenly decide to check through her phone memory in order to see whether or not she had my number? Surely when people delete phone numbers of people they don't want the number of, they don't start trying to find it again right? And even if she did still have my number, why text it? Why even acknowledge my existence any more, unless she wanted to charge up her Taser or something... I mean, I know that it isn't an I.O.I, but it is an Indicator Of Acknowledgement, and even know it doesn't build up my confidence that she 'needs' to see me, but it does beg the question as to why she dug deep down into the depths of her phone memory in order to open up communication with me. Is this normal? Does everyone always do that? I'm not too sure myself. It makes it appear to me like she never deleted my number at all. Or am I just over analysing everything here. Even Club Game is so much easier than this! I know that most users of this forum would see the term "Ex-GF" and order me to leave it as it's not worth it, but remember that I'm actually LIVING NEXT DOOR TO HER NOW. Plus we were not actually "together" as a proper couple for long, even if ever! And also remember that I still regret how it ended. (Through text was just appalling, it did not feel nice at all...) Also that fact that I still remember the feelings that I had towards her, I believe they are still deep within me somewhere. How would anyone suggest that I progress with this? Has this type of thing ever happened to one of you guys? Any opinions are of course welcome! Cheers guys! |
