Hey all, I'm Gustavo 27y old I am from Spain but i have lived in Belgium my whole life. I just came from a 6year relation and find myself being shy, and just not knowing what to say to women anymore like i forgot everything and pretty much feeling scared to do so. Most was because i probably didnt feel confortable in my own body anymore (not that im bad looking). Im trying to fix that, i already lost 30kg (66pounds) and now im trying to gain muscle wich is going rather well. So here i am finnaly starting to like my body but finding myself unable to do much with it. Im here as a first step to change that. I would like to know where to even start since after an hour looking around the forums im kinda lost tbh Any advice or maybe something step by step to help me out ;D Thank you all in advance |
