Post subject:  Hey.

I'm not a newbie to PUA. I've been LEARNING the material for 2 years, barely used it.
I'm not a Pick-Up Artist. I'm here to improve myself, my life and the lives of those who surround me.

Details about me (skip this, it's boring as FUCK):
Latvia. Boy. 17.
Interested in a lot of crap.
That. ^

My first goals here are:
Improving stability of thought. (Confidence, self-esteem, calmness (meditation won't help, I need mindsets, so I already have a post about this in the "Social Anxiety & Shyness" section.), flow etc.)
Improving my planning skills, because they suck ass. Example:
I want to improve my life so I have to do alot of things. What do I do first? No idea. So I start with learning how to prioritize and plan my life. Firstly, I want and need finances, but I have to put that away for now because I don't have a card (yet). So I move on and am pretty much confused with the rest. Where do I want the advancement? Everywhere. Sports, mental health, social life, enjoyment of life (variety, hobbies). So how do I create a daily or a weekly plan to make those happen? How do I read the things I find on those subjects and create a plan that would fit perfectly and wouldn't be too easy to break? How to motivate myself all the way through my plans? (I get discouraged if I know I could NOT do something, e.g. sleep siesta)
That. ^

I hope you enjoyed reading what I wrote there. I always try to be enjoyable to the people I'm dealing with so I won't be much of an annoyance to anyone. ^.^

Little note, I'm trying for a goth, chibi personality irl. You can tell me how I'm doing on the forums.

It sounds like you have a lot of goals and things going through your head. You seem really motivated for change at a young age which is really good considering most your age think they know everything already.

For everything you described you wanted I'd highly suggest you read "Practicing the Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. He's like a human Yoda in real life. That book changed my life. I've never been into self help books and this is the only one i've read that could fall into that category but it was amazing. and it was a NY times best seller.

Already read it a year ago. ;]
Right now I don't remember much from it, I might re-read it once I get a new phone, thanks for the reply. ^.^

Right now I desperatelly need anything for:
Creating a positive mindset and well-being.
Recommended foods / unrecommended foods.
Stable motivation to take constant action (or not taking action, e.g. fapping off, eating unhealthy food).
Creating positive thoughts and eliminating negativity.

My sticking points:
It's hot outside = excuses for no real reason. (I might push through this soon.)
Something seems hard = whatever, I won't do it. (and I get that "bored" feeling as an excuse from my EI.)
I make a mistake = I overreact on it and act out a grump. (I'm grumpy and mad for fun sometimes, just to act it out that way, I should stop that.)
I do something right = I react to it as it's "nothing special" even if sometimes it is. (This is based on my nihilistic views of the world. I have no clue how to change this. I'll start with changing my reactions to things.)
I get "overwhelmed" by things quickly. I'm reading an article in this site right now and I can't even read a paragraph as I'm so bored of it already. I see too many possibilities everywhere with not enough stimulus to actually take them.
The things that I HAVE to do (e.g. earning cash, socializing) overwhelm me and push me back into "bored" and "negative".
Indecisivity. (makes me stop, think and question my own actions even if I have things planned out)

You could recommend hypnosis, binaural brainwaves or something like that aswell, if you know any good ones, that worked for you.

Please share your experiences with this if you can, any tiny bit helps. ^__^
