Post subject:  Want to make progress.

Hey Guys,

Just joined and this is the first place I thought I'd stop by and introduce myself.
I'm 25 living in the UK, Nottingham to be specific. And I've been single for about 7 years now.

I've had the occasional one night stand and stuff here and there, but ironically I'm not looking to pick girls up, I'm looking to improve my overall "self" to be able to meet girls and know what to say instead of them passing on me. Make sense?

I can get girls, we all can get girls, but the girls I get aren't the girls I want > not that attractive, overweight and for some reason, I attract the girls nobody else wants!
That might sound mean and shallow but it's the truth, I'm not interested in them and I feel I can do better. I feel I deserve better.

I recently lost a lot of weight, used to be about 18 stone and now I'm about 12. I put a lot of hard work in, my confidence has gotten better and overall I feel a lot better. Now I want to start meeting girls I feel I should be getting!

So this is where you guys step in.

I read Mystery Method by Mystery and skim-read Neil Strauss The Game. I've also read The Tao of Badass by Joshua Pellicer. So I've got a fair understanding of PUA. But I think now is the time to receive more personalized help.

I want to be able to talk to attractive women and make progress with it, instead of having a great opening message and then not following it up with something just as good i.e. they lose interest quick.

But also with girls in general, when I meet them I want to have more of a direction, I want to know what to say to take it from that initial meeting, or from "just friends" to a relationship.

I read comments on here like, I just checked a Facebook thread on here and some dude wrote "You spent all that time dressing up for that photo, but didn't notice how dry your lips are? Epic!" to a girl who only got "wow! You're so beautiful", "You're hot!" comments from guys. Unfortunately, I'm one of the "You're cute x" guys and I want to be more of a "Nice dress, shame it's not your colour" kind of guys.

Any help?
