Hi guys,

this is my first post here, so firstly I'd like to say hello to everyone here.

I got this problem that's been bothering me for a while now. The thing is, it's hard for me to get physical with the girls I really like.
I would take them on a date, we would have a great time, but when a time comes to kiss them or something like that, I would just hit the break and don't know what to do. :?

All of them would say that I'm cute, funny and interesting, but I just can't break this "barrier". I get their signals, but I just can't respond on them. :?

This thing is really frustrating for me and I kick myself everytime after missed chance....

Any help would be really appreciated!

if you are cold approaching in a bar or club, place your hand on a girls shoulder to get her attention, take it off once you have the attention and keep on touching, eventually building compliance passed that point

if you are out on dates, start off by giving your date a hug and a kiss on the cheek, then keep on touching, eventually build compliance passed that point

if that's all fine and dandy but you can't kiss a girl, then you know what you have to do... face your anxiety and just do it, then do it again, make sure you do it to different girls, not just pass the hurdle with one and stick with her, throw yourself in the fire with multiple girls until this is no longer an anxiety for you
