| Post subject: | Unlearning so I can Learn...HELP! |
I have been in a terrible on and off 3 year relationship before that I dont remember ever having problems just...Relaxing, seeing Reality for Reality... Now that I am trying to get back out there and mingle. I find I am getting these wierd crunching feelings of nervousness and doubt. What are some steps that I should take to maybe start working on these. I know it is all in my head because when I have a few drinks the Old DreamLife comes back.... HELP! DREAMLIFE. |
