Hey Everyone,

I'm Arrox, a 20 year old college student that lives in Los Angeles and known as a average guy. I'm 5'9'' with an athletic build. I wouldn't say I'm bad on the eyes either, but I don't think I am the best looking guy around. Usually the quiet guy in my group and don't speak up unless it is really needed. Began reading a book on PUA's because I knew that I was lacking in social skills.

I began to notice my lack of confidence and social skills in elementary school. I never was a guy to go up to a girl a talk to her, it was always to nerve wrecking, they were too different. I would call it intimidation if anything. As I grew older, I noticed that eye contact and conversational topics were hard to maintain when in the presence of women.

Goals:
1.Improve self-confidence
2.More eye-contact
3.Improve my style
4.Meet a beautiful girl to take as my girlfriend
-smart
-understanding
-outgoing
-enjoys sports

I want to try and find a wing out where I live to get an outside perspective to better improve and vice versa.

Please respond to this thread if you are on the same boat. It would be good to discuss all of the new experiences that are ahead.

Hey man, we all know how it feels to not be sufficient in our life with women, just want to welcome you to the community!

You've really chose the right path though for self-confidence, body language, and finding women you actually want to be with. This information with not only help you with women, but help you with almost all aspects of social interactions.

Confidence improves a lot when you know what you're doing is right and you have a guideline and practice with women.

Once you help to raise your confidence you'll be able to give eye contact easier and feel less pressure in social situations, because everyone who thinks they're quiet were told they were quiet. And then that probably made you feel your just naturally a quiet person. You don't have to believe what people tell you about yourself, because you are who you want to be.

It's going to take some effort, well worth it though.

Here's a forum that I recommend reading:
