hey guys, ive recently been reading up on stuff on teh internet and have decided this is an area of my life i want to improve. im a gringo with blue eyes in the caribbean and im not getting laid enough. anyway, i was hoping for some advice on how to be persistent without being a bitch with a girl. general advice is appreciated, if you want the background its below. this girl works where i work (i teach english, she works in the office). anyway after i had been there for a couple months, all of a sudden this girl i really never remembered meeting starting seeking me out, flirting with me. so we went out after work once, and her sister and sisters boyfriend met us (didnt really like this, but ok, they were like 3 blocks away, this was impromptu plans, people here are very family oriented, etc). anyway, i felt good about trying to escalate things, but she got put in my class. and well, im not trying to do anything with a student thats currently in my class. so i was distant, and i tried to keep up the tension, joking youre gonna get me in trouble, etc. anyway, she withdrew from the course and it was kind of awkard. this is like 5 weeks or so ago now. after that we werent really talking much. i had a weekend trip and was pretty busy. well a couple weeks ago we went to a movie. i tried for the kiss at the end of the night, she said, shes shy and wants to go slow but said that she wants to get to know each other (i had actually already said this to her). yesterday she pulled some weird shit with me, the store that was supposed to get her halloween costume fucked up and it didnt come, she had to go back to work so she wanted me to go with her friend to pick up another one, she gave me the money and everything, but i was a little taken aback. i could tell she was really upset and well i initally said no, but she talked me into it. this is the kind of shit thats real frustrating for me, i dont wanna be a push over but i am geniunely interested in her and well didnt want her to be upset (she was participating in a costume contest in the afternoon). and honestly this is probably something i would do for a friend in teh same situation. and the whole time im keeping up the touching, she told me to look at her body to make sure i get a costume that would look good, i spun her around and spanked her on the ass. anyway, ive decided im not gonna throw in teh towel just yet, even though this like almost 2 months since the first spark is driving me crazy. something about her really interests me. im kind of at the point where somethings gotta give and the fireworks need to start or i need to just forget about it. suggestions on how to proceed, realizing that escalating can be tough seeing each otehr everyday at work (we dont work directly together but we see each other usually every day). so touchign beyond the arm and back are really not possible. im gonna continue asking her to join me for things and try to get it going from there. |
